I’m so sorry so for your loss Joy call me anytime
I am so sad and shocked to hear this news. I met Randall during my years of employ as the Student Affairs office manager at U of O, As a Public Safety officer at U of O, Randall was always so helpful, knowledgeable, and precise in his work ethic. But even more important, he was thoughtful and kindhearted and always positive, always a gentleman, whether with students or university staff. He often spoke of the work on his house, his delight at living out in the country, and his happiness at being home with his beloved wife and pets. I'm so lucky to have known Randall, and I send my deepest condolences to Joy and the family. His loss is heartfelt and he will not be forgotten.
Randall was a very nice person and will be missed by many. Prayers for the family.
