July 26, 1974 - February 16, 2021

Toby Lee Rollins, 46, of Oak Grove, Louisiana, passed away on Tuesday February 16, 2021 at his home. Toby was born to Thomas Woodrow Rollins and Carol Rollins Sanders (Charles), all deceased, on July 26, 1974. He was an avid fisherman, loved listening to music, playing the guitar, and hanging with his friends. Most of his life Toby was a single man until he met the love of his life, Connie Kellum. On July 27, 2015 Toby made Connie his wife. Their love was what he had been waiting for all his life. However, the time they had together was short lived when Connie Rollins passed away in 2019. Besides his wife, mother and father, Toby was preceded in death by his brother, Tommy Rollins, of Lake Village, AR and his uncle, J. R. (Turtle) Rollins of Searcy, AR.

Left to cherish his memory is his siblings. They are Deborah Wooten (Eric) of McRae, AR, Toni Allen of Oak Grove, LA, Teresa Thomley (Jim) of Northpoint, AL, and Tony Rollins of West Monroe, LA. Also left to cherish the memories is his aunt, Irma Rollins, of Searcy, AR and many nieces and nephews.

Due to inclement weather as well as Covid-19 restrictions, a small graveside service will take place at the Pickens Chapel Cemetery at a later date.
