I went racing in yesterday for David to cut my hair as he had for almost 16 years. When I saw his table empty I thought he had gone to help a relative as he had once before. Oh how I wish that had been true. When my daughter was going into the hospital to have my newest grandson I popped in so David could shape me up. His new grand baby had arrived the day before & he was gone for a week. We shared pictures of our kids, our grandkids, our dogs & everything in between. He always said "here comes trouble" when I walked in. He became more than a stylist through the years. My heart & my prayers go out to his family. He moved close to his Mom to check in on her all the time & always said he was happy he did. Rest in peace David. You were loved by so many & left a hole inside many hearts 💕

It was such a shock to just learn of David’s passing. He was my & my grandson’s hair dresser over the years. They called him Mr. David. When one of them was really small & didn’t want his hair cut I told David to do whatever he needed to do to cut that boys hair...so he put him in a head lock & got the job done! He told me he had shared that story to many clients! Condolences to his family. He will be missed.

I feel the same as everyone else has sad. He was such an easy person to talk to, so sweet, loved his family, always had a big smile, I could go on and on. I got the privilege in getting to know few years back, working with him was a joy. Definitely will be missed. ❤️

I did not know David well, but he cut my hair the last 3 years or so. I got him by chance one time, and he did a great job and was friendly. After that, I always waited until he was available. We had good conversations, and he spoke often of his kids and his mother. He came across as a genuinely nice guy. Wishing peace and comfort for family and friends. He will be missed.
