William ''Billy'' Perren, 51, of Lamar, AR passed away February 4, 2021 in Lamar, AR. He was born on March 29, 1969 to his parents, Tommy Perren and Shirley (Phaneuf) Cole in Clarksville, AR. Billy enjoyed going to Matagorda, TX to fish with his family. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Tommy Perren and Shirley (Phaneuf) Cole, brother William ''Bart'' Cole, and one sister Deborah Perren.

Billy is survived by his companion of 15 years, Lucy Mobley; two sons, Jarret Perren of Clarksville, and Brighton Melson of Clarksville; two daughters, Destiny Ray Perren-Guy (John) of GA; Christian and Dusty Storm of Clarksville; one granddaughter, River Storm; two brothers, Eugene Perren of TX and Brian Cole of Clarksville; five sisters; Christi Cole, Trixie Maness, Debbie Rigsby, Kari Cole all of Clarksville, and Penny Wise of TX; a host of other family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
