Julia Neal Moore, 92, of Osceola, AR passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021. She was born July 6, 1928 in Bondsville, AR to George and Hazel Neal. She had a Bachelor's Degree in Education and retired from teaching. She taught at Armorel, Promised Land, Blytheville Fairview, and Osceola West Elementary Schools. She was a member First Baptist Church in Osceola, Retired Teachers Association and Delta Kappa Gamma (teacher's sorority). She enjoyed reading, travel and flea markets. She is survived by her daughters: Debra Moore Cole, Julia Moore (Richard) Borys; grandchildren: Mary Claire Borys, Alex Borys, Peter Borys, Clint Cole; great-grandchildren: MaKayla Cole, Nolan Cole, Cayden Cole, Jackson Borys, and Tennessee Borys. She is preceded in death by her husband: Wayne W. Moore; her parents; brothers: Travis (Ema Lou) Neal, Worthy (Ludene) Neal, Glen (Deetress) Neal, Martin (Mari Lee) Neal; sister: Mary Neal Lewis; son-in-law: Richard Borys. All services are private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Osceola Public Library, Arkansas Children's Hospital, and First Baptist Church in Osceola.

Mrs. Moore was my 2nd grade teacher at Fairview School. She was a very precious lady and I really enjoyed being in her class. So sorry for your loss and I will be praying for you all.

JuJu; you had a great life. I don't believe I ever saw you mad. You treated me like a grandmother and I thank you. I appreciate you and Wayne being good friends to Mom and Dad.
