Franklin D.R. Zulpo, age 88, of Little Italy, AR, passed away Friday, January 22, 2021. He was born November 2, 1932 in Little Italy, AR, a son of Angelo Joseph Zulpo, Sr. and Jennie Belk Zulpo. He was a member of the St. Francis Catholic Church. He was a retired ceramic tile setter.
Franklin was preceded in death by his father, Angelo Zulpo, Sr.; mother, Jennie Zulpo; brothers, Julio, Wilbert, and Freddie Zulpo, and sister, Freda Zulpo Rippeto.
He is survived by his sons, Richard Zulpo and wife Alice of Bigelow, AR, and Gary Zulpo and wife Rhonda of Greenbrier, AR; grandchildren, Gary Zulpo, Jr., and wife Shanna of Pea Ridge, AR, Kandi Zulpo Manes and husband Michael of Bigelow, AR, Amber Zulpo Huffman of Pea Ridge, AR, Brittany Zulpo of Cabot, AR, Alex Zulpo and wife Courtney of Greenbrier, AR, and Nicholas Zulpo of Bigelow, AR; great-grandchildren, Brayden Zulpo, Treyce Deleon, Joshua Zulpo, Ashlyn Shults, Gavin Zulpo, Lyla Deleon, Wrangler Manes, and Raelyn Shults; three brothers, James (Jean) Zulpo, Angelo (Jane Ann) Zulpo, Jr., Billy (Martha) Zulpo all of Little Italy, AR; two sisters, Angelina Dunlap of Little Rock, AR, and Virginia (Donnie) Standridge of Little Italy, AR, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital, 1 Children's Way, Little Rock, AR 72202.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00am, Thursday, January 28, 2021, at St. Francis Catholic Church in Little Italy, Arkansas. Final Interment will be in the St. Francis Catholic Cemetery.
