of Clinton, AR
February 2, 1940 - January 11, 2021
Marion Ann Smith peacefully went to be with the Lord at home surrounded by family, on January 11, 2021.
She is survived by her two sons; Bobby Smith and David Smith, her daughter, Sherri Smith Carter, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Of fourteen siblings, she is survived by her identical twin sister, Olive Kulhanek, Beatrice Womack(sister), Sharlene Barrow(sister), Claire Munn(brother) and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Joe Smith, Sr.
Marion was a devout Christian and member of the Choctaw Church of Christ. She loved her fur babies; Sweet Pea and Kitty Kat and playing bingo. Her greatest attribute was being the most loving mother, dedicated to her children and family.
She will be remembered most for her witty sense of humor, her thoughtfulness and generous heart. Of her many talents, she enjoyed sewing, cake decorating, crafting, gardening and most of all making people laugh. Marion spent her time volunteering at the Ozark Health Center where she was awarded the 500-hour volunteer pin. She received many accolades for planting the seasonal chemotherapy garden and for her green thumb, growing beautiful hanging plants throughout the facility. Marion received many star employee recognitions for her superior work ethic. She never passed up an opportunity to extend a helping hand or surprising people with little gifts to spread happiness.
Visitation will take place from 3:00pm-6:00pm on Friday, January 15, 2021 at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Clinton. Graveside services will be at 12:00pm on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Levisy Flat Cemetery in Mountain View.
The family respectfully request that social distancing be maintained, and face coverings be worn by all in attendance.

Marion Was a lady of worth. A heart of genuine gold to all that knew her. I have known her for many years. She always was the same. Marion loved her Lord. She was kind and caring and her family knew her life was always involved in pleasing and doing for others. She loved Ozark Health and kept a beautiful flower garden for the Oncology patients to enjoy mostly at her own expense plus helping in any area she was needed..When I think about the scripture Psalms 31:10-31 It fits this sweet and hard working lady.Marion will be missed by all that knew her.

Bobby, David & Sherri I’m so sorry for your loss. â¤ï¸
My Heart is broken for the loss of my “Aunt Mousie†or as she considered her self “mommy mouse†to myself and my brother. My heart is broken more for my mother (her identical twin) who never went a day without talking to each other and my heart is broken even more for my cousins who have lost their mother. I’m sorry I can’t be there. I was blessed to have had such funny, loving & talented aunt.
She will be greatly missed more than words can express, but the memories will last a lifetime.
Love Carla

I am so sorry for your loss. I haven’t saw Marion in many years. We were friends when we worked together at Belden. Spent a couple holidays with your family. She was such a loving outgoing lady.
My prayers go out to the family and friend's that knew Marion she was a pleasure to visit with and a good friend.
Our world has fewer and fewer beautiful souls like Marion’s. I look forward to seeing all of them when I get to heaven. My condolences to her children who I know will miss her dearly. I never spent time with her that she didn’t speak fondly of you. She loved you dearly♥ï¸
Marion was a sweet hearted generous lady. Always working to bring happiness to others. The world will miss her but she won’t miss this world. Enjoy your heavenly award Marion it is justly deserved. Sympathy to all the family and friends for our loss.
So sorry to hear of Marion's passing. I have many fond memories of her from my childhood and adult years. She cared a great deal about her family and those around her. This was shown in volunteer work and checking up on old friends. Whenever we met, she would ask how my Mom was doing. (My Mom has had several health issues.) Mom and I visited her in rehab after surgery. She was worn out and hurting....but the smile that came across her face when she saw us melted my heart. Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you today and the days ahead.
