Jay Yarbrough, 55, of Elaine, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, January 05, 2021. He was born July 25, 1965 in Helena, Arkansas to Roger Norman Yarbrough and the late Violet Lamb Yarbrough.
He is survived by his father, Roger Yarbrough; three brothers, Steve Lamb (Renee); Norman Yarbrough (Angie); Todd Yarbrough (Brenda) all from Elaine, Arkansas; three nephews, Mitch Yarbrough, Dillon Yarbrough and Dalton Yarbrough; five nieces, Brittany Yarbrough, Carmen Wilbanks, Crystal Lamb, Courtney Ostrander and Bethany Chu; a host of other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Violet Lamb Yarbrough.
A graveside service for Jay Yarbrough will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 8, 2021 at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena, Arkansas. Brother Nathan Gorman will officiate.
Services will be directed by Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, West Helena, (870) 572-2571. Relatives and friends may sign the online guestbook at www.rollerfuneralhomes.com/westhelena.

Norman and Steve, I'm sorry for the loss of your brother. It must be especially hard when they're younger than you. I have no brothers, but I lost 2 male cousins, who were as close as brothers, within 3 years of each other. They were both only 1 and 2 1/2 years younger than me. It's been over 4 years and I still have an instinct to give them a call, until I remember that they're not here.
