June 21, 1931 - December 29, 2020

Helen L. Hain, 89, of Lagrange, Ohio, passed away on December 29, 2020, surrounded by family. She was born June 21, 1931 to Birl and Nola Newberry Harris, in Monette, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by parents, and her husband Murl Dean Davis. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sons, Graylyn D. Davis (Beverly), of Lagrange, Ohio, and Michael A. Davis (Anita), of Sandusky, Ohio; two daughters, Carolyn Davis, of Lorain, Ohio, and Anne Ward (Fred) of Brantley, Alabama; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and her brother, Birlon Ray Harris (Diana), of Fisk, Missouri.

Helen loved her Savior Jesus Christ and served God faithfully throughout her life and by teaching Sunday School at Lakeview Baptist Church in Vermilion, Ohio. She loved her family and delighted in all her grandchildren. Helen loved Gospel music and was welcomed in Heaven. Her family will carry on her legacy and share in her memory, in their hearts.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, January 5, 2021, 11:00 AM, at Piggott Memorial Garden, 1000 S Houston Avenue, Piggott, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers, the family requests for memorial donations to be made to First Baptist Church of Elyria, 11400 Lagrange Road, Elyria, OH 44035 (firstbaptistelyria.org).

Roller-Citizens Funeral Home will be following guidelines issued by the local Department of Health and the CDC regarding COVID-19. Social distancing of at least six feet is recommended for funeral services and all attendees are requested to wear masks.
