The days we would dance to Elvis. She would always make me smile and laugh even when I was sad. Carrie has a special spot in my heart and always will. I will always think of her when I hear any Elvis song or anytime his name is mentioned. I am so sorry for your loss Maria and family.

I am so sorry for your loss. Carrie has been such a precious joy to care for and such an encouragement to me through healing and growth. Her hugs in the middle of the night. Her intuition as to when you were struggling emotionally. So many times I was discouraged and mourning and Carrie would hug me as If I was the most important person ever. Love you.

It was a pleasure to take care of Carrie from Pine Lane on, even though she couldn't speak to us we knew exactly what she meant and how she meant it.
Her laughs were contagious, her hugs amazing, and her spirit resilient.
I will always have fond , happy memories of our 'CareBear'.

My heart is hurting not only for myself, but for my cousins Maria, Eddie and Jamie for the loss of their mom. Janie was a sweet lady, always smiling and loved to hug. One of my fondest memories of Janie was when her and Larry would let me tag along to Current River when we all lived in Missouri. You'll be missed by many, but now you're reunited with the love of your life and so many others. May your wings fly high and you rest high on that mountain. Love you Janie!
