Charlene Naomi Soard, 68, passed away December 29, 2020 at Fort Smith, AR. She was born January 25, 1952 to her parents, Rose (Paling) Gamble and Ray Witt in Plainwell, MI. Charlene graduated from Otsego High School in Otsego, Michigan. During her time of employment, she had many jobs in Clarksville which included Tyson, Hanes, Harvest Foods, housekeeping, and caregiver for may residents in Clarksville, AR.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Rose (Paling) and Bob Gamble, Ray, and Melba Witt.

Charlene is survived by her sister and brother-in-law Linda and Wendell Bramlett; Sons Bobby, Mike, and Rich all of Michigan; daughter Jennifer of Arkansas; granddaughters Tia and Jenna of Clarksville, AR; nephew, Rusty Bramlett of Clarksville and niece Lexi Bramlett of Clarksville, AR, and other grand and great grandchildren.
