Many times I’ve talked with Virginia, and, many times she expressed her desire to go to a place where she can discover her true nature once again. She was a fighter at heart, she never quit regardless of how difficult her situation was. Virginia had goals, hopes, and dreams which were only being hindered by lack of resources. Virginia stands strong through all circumstances, wavering but only for a brief moment. Virginia fought a hard fight and just as her life came to an end...Jesus wasn’t done with her yet. Our Lord has one more task for her to complete. She must go hand in hand with her husband, pour out the pain from the brokenness upon the altar... ALONE ... and journey across the country...together...talking...learning... loving...forgiving...growing...being courteous...respectful...and fully attentive to these remaining few days that he has left. It is Lee, not, Virginia whom the Lord our God has called home. They will treasure this time of reconciliation. They will not depart from it. As for Rhett, the debt is paid.
I will truly miss Virginia. My Momma always had to sit by her in Sunday school. She thought the world of Virginia. I will always remember her sweet smile.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Virginia was a special lady and will be missed. When I hear I’ll fly away I will think of her and smile.
Praying for comfort for the family.
Virginia Pairett ("Monya" to me) was so special to those of us lucky enough to know and learn from her. Her spirit for life and devotion to her loved ones were unmatched. Watching her get to love her great grandson, Griffen, is something I will cherish. I will miss her wonderful smile, her sense of humor, and her chicken and dressing at Thanksgiving so very much. She made all of us better just by being herself. Rest in peace, Monya. We miss you already. Love always, Kaitlin
I Loved this lady, I worked with her at A-1 Super mkt. on Washington Ave. in No. Little Rock. We both were just youngsters back then. I went to work as a sack boy and stocker at the age of 17, at that time Mrs Pairet was sect.and book keeper also a real good checker. I left after 3 years and went to work on the No. Little Rock, Fire Dept. I went by her house one day when i was driving thru Amboy, I knew where her and melvin lived. It was good to see her again. enjoy Heaven Mrs Pairett.
Mrs Pairett was one of my favorite people when I was growing up. She was so nice to me when I visited Dad’s grocery store. I know Dad couldn’t have done without her. She and Mrs Jenkins will always be in my heart. May God bless. ðŸ™
Sending prayers for comfort during this time of loss. I wish we could all be there to celebrate Monya’s life. Covid has made that very difficult. I know Monya would want everyone to be safe.
I grew up enjoying Monya’s sense of humor, her “isms,†her exceptional cooking, and her sharp eye for detail (not a stitch or hem out of place). She was someone who loved her family dearly and would not tolerate an empty belly in the room. She loved visiting the Grand Ole Opry and adored Vince Gill. Sweet but unwilling to suffer fools, she wasn’t afraid to get after unruly neighborhood teens with a broom; and when you got her laughing she would double over as if her sides would split and you would See tears in her eyes...so many special memories!
Love,
Erin
Prayers and much love for each of you as Gent left our earthly home for her heavenly home.
Mamaw was the best Mamaw ever. She had the ability to see the good in ALL things. Her imperfect PERFECT life has stamped my life forever. Her granddaughter, Jenny
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
