I only knew Jerry for a short while before he retired. Regardless to the length of time that I knew him, Jerry was a man of compassion and commitment to children and familes in Head Start.

I pray that you will find strength in God's love during this time and the life that Jerry lived. Be encouraged.

So sorry I never got to know him. We always think there’s time. Looking at the video , I see a happy man, who loved his family and his country. His younger pictures I feel Duane and him share a resemblance. RIP Jerry!

Wanted to extend my sincerest condolences to the Adair family. Jerry was such a loving and caring advocate for children and families. It was such a joy to work with him as he craftily mentored me to lead at the Region and State Associations. He was solely missed upon his retirement and the world is less compassionate with his loss. May god's blessings be with the family during this difficult season.

Jerry was a very special person. He made such a positive impact on so many lives. He shared his compassion for children and families at a local, state, and national level. I was lucky enough to have been mentored by Jerry and to have learned from his vast knowledge and his kind spirit. I will forever be grateful. Each person who had the pleasure of meeting Jerry was blessed. The Northwest Arkansas Head Start team sends our love to the family.
