Betty ''Collen'' Carlisle, 66, of Clarksville, AR passed away December 24, 2020 in Clarksville. She was born February 22, 1954 to her parents, Jasper and Georgia (Stanley) Sheppard. Colleen always had a green thumb, she enjoyed watching her Westerns. Colleen loved her children and grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents Jasper Sheppard and Georgia (Stanley) Sheppard, and one sister Evelyn Sheppard.
Betty ''Colleen'' is survived by her son Tony and Belinda (King) Verner of Clarksville, AR; and daughter Tina and Shannon Dixon of Alma, AR., five grandchildren: Sophia Verner, Shane Verner, Caine Dixon, Brianna Verner, and Jonathan King, one sister Sharon Sheppard of Ozark, AR. And a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 28, 2020 between 4:00 -8:00 PM at Roller-Cox Funeral Home.

We are complying with the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines and limiting indoor funeral and visitation attendance to 100 people at one time. All attendees must provide and wear their own masks before entering.
