Kathi C. Bowen, 73 of New Blaine, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, December 24, 2020 in Paris.
She was born on February 9, 1947 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to her parents, Hoyt O'Bar and Helen (Cravens) O'Bar. She was a homemaker who loved spending time with her children and doing arts and crafts.
She is preceded in death by his parents, Hoyt O'Bar and Helen (Cravens) O'Bar; her husband of forty-three years, R.L. Bowen and one daughter Kerri Bowen.
She is survived by her sons, Randy Bowen and wife, Norma of Royce City, TX and Daniel (Boone) Bowen and wife, Toni of New Blaine, AR; one daughter, Dava Ross and husband, Jerry of Russellville, AR; two brothers, Tim O'Bar and wife, Diana of Bates City, MO; Michael O'Bar and wife, Elizabeth of Independence, MO; one sister, Melisa Lumpkin and husband, David of McKinney, TX; five grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; other family members and friends

Graveside Service and burial will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Elizabeth Hall Cemetery in New Blaine under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
We are complying with the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines attendees must provide and wear their own masks and practice social distancing of at least six feet.
We are so sorry to hear of Kathi’s passing. We were honored to be able to bring Our Lord in the Eucharist to her in the nursing home. She was always happy to see Him, and us, with her smile. We will pray that God will surround you all with His peace, comfort, and loveðŸ™â¤ï¸

I can’t count the memories I have with this woman...strong is an understatement - devoted doesn’t touch it...wise, loving, special, she was all of those things...she was funny and kept everything real and was always looking out for everyone...she was always so kind to me and I knew if needed she had my back...heaven gained a very special angel...love y’all and will pray for comfort during this loss...it’s a though one for sure...
