Cleo H. Fouts, 84, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at Good Samaritan in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She was born August 24, 1936, in Harrisburg, Arkansas to Robert Lee and Mildred Goodloe Hamilton. She lived in Flippin, Arkansas and was a 1954 graduate of Flippin High School.

Cleo married Robert ''Bob'' Fouts in 1956 in Kansas City, Missouri. She and Bob worked together at Carolina Model Homes in North and South Carolina for 40 years. After retiring from Carolina Model Homes, they returned to Mountain Home and worked in Real Estate.

Cleo enjoyed fishing with Bob, music, sports, especially football, traveling and visiting with friends and family. Many people will miss her personality and kindness.

She is survived by two sisters: Patricia Ross of Wharton, Ohio and Bettye (Avron) Steele of Mountain Home, Arkansas, two brothers: Robert Hamilton of Wichita, Kansas and Ikey Hamilton of Flippin, Arkansas; sister-in-law and close friend, Annis Fouts of Mountain Home, Arkansas and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bob Fouts of 52 years; her parents, Robert Lee and Mildred Hamilton; three brothers: Max Hamilton, Homer Hamilton and J.C. Hamilton and sister, Clarice King and Margaret Cranfill.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 2, 2021, with David Johnson officiating.
