Frances Elizabeth Kuespert Foster

of Little Rock, AR

September 12, 1927 - December 11, 2020

Frances Elizabeth Kuespert Foster of Little Rock was born September 12, 1927 and passed away from cancer on December 11, 2020. She graduated from Little Rock High School. She was a Christian, homemaker, wife, mother, and grandmother and great grandmother. She was a wonderful cook providing three square meals a day for her family. She was a long-time member of Little Rock First Baptist Church. The last few years she watched church services on television. Everyone that met her loved her. She had a sense of humor that kept you on your toes, even in her worse days, she always found something to make a joke about.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Shelby M Foster and her parents, Edith Long Kuespert and Max J Kuespert; her brothers, John Kuespert, Max J Kuespert II and Homer Lee Kuespert and her grandson, Steven Foster. She is survived by her sister, Katherine Rackley (Ed) of Fallon, Illinois and her children, Marion Resimont, Steve Foster (Paula), Denise Carper (Jerry); 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother-in-law, Wallace Foster (Inez) and sister-in-law, Marilyn Foster and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was a prayer warrior who wrote scripture references in every card she sent. She loved to sew beautiful dresses for her daughter's and each one was prettier than the last one she made. The number 13 seemed to follow her and she said she didn't know if it was good or bad. Our address was number 13 and we moved in on November 13 and other odd things as well. Most remarkable was our dad passed away December 19, 2007......13 years ago
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Little Rock First Baptist Church, 62 Pleasant Valley Dr. Little Rock, AR 72212 with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Edgewood Memorial Park in North Little Rock. Memorials may be made to the church.
We are complying with the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines and limiting indoor funeral and visitation attendance to 50 people at one time. All attendees must provide and wear their own masks before entering.

I have so many fond memories of Aunt Frances. She had a great sense of humor and it was always a treat to go to her house for family gatherings. I'm sure she and Uncle Shelby are cutting up and having a grand time. I'm so sorry to not be able to come to the service.
