Evonne Rose (Tate) McClaine, of Lamar passed away Sunday, November 29, 2020 in Russellville, AR. She was born in Redding, California to Guy L. Tate, Sr., and the late Marilyn Sue (Crice) Tate. She was a caregiver for her daughter Alicia McClaine, and she enjoyed spending time with her family. She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Marilyn Sue (Crice) Tate, brother-in-law Randy Hendrix and sister-in-law Molly McClaine.
She is survived by her husband, George McClaine, son Nathan McClaine and daughter Alicia McClaine all of Lamar; her father Guy Tate, Sr of Lamar; her sisters Liz Kemp of Knoxville, Sherry Tate of Lamar, Peggy Tate and Jessica (Justin) Edwards of Clarksville and brothers James (Karen) Tate of Lamar, Guy (Norma) Tate, Jr. of Ozone, and Douglas Tate of Lamar; sisters-in-law Carolyn Hendrix and Shirley McClaine both of Arizona; bothers-in-law Carl McClaine of Clarksville and Kenneth (Brenda) McClaine of Lamar she is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside service and burial will be held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Holman Cemetery.
