Mrs. Shirley Ann Deatherage, 81, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away Monday, November 30, 2020 in Flippin, Arkansas. She was born June 06, 1939 in Cashiers, North Carolina to Amos Wiggins and Jean Fereday. She was a waitress for over 40 years who loved people, never met a stranger, and loved life to the fullest. She loved flowers, shopping, and the joys of her life her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was the glue that bound her family together.

Shirley is survived by 2 sons: Joe G. (Isabelle) Deatherage, Jr., Michael L. Deatherage; one daughter: Susan (Tony) Welch; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren, and one brother: Clinton Fereday. She is preceded in death by her husband, of 62 years, Joe Deatherage, Sr., parents, and brother: Charles Wiggins.

A visitation will be held between 6-8:00pm on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel. A graveside service will be at 11:00am on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Baxter Memorial Gardens with interment to follow.
