When I think about Mother-in-Laws you were the best. You had a loving, kind and generous heart.
Always made sure every one of your children and grands had what they needed. They were your heart. You even shared that love to others.
For the last 40+ years your house was the gathering place for Thanksgiving and Christmas,. Those holidays will not be the same. I will miss those dinners and your dressing. You always saved some for me when I wasn't there. I know God has you with him. As William said, you are singing praises to him. Tell everyone hello. Gone to be with the father, but not gone from our hearts.

My grandmother “Mommo” was an amazing woman. Even though my world seemed to stop when she passed. I am blessed to have so many good memories with her. I will miss our talks. Some weeks I felt like I barely had enough strength to finish the week, then she would tell me how proud she was of me for handling work and a family along with the other things of life. It meant a lot that she was proud of me. As a little girl I remember asking Mommo if I could help cut coupons with her. It was one of my favorite things to do. I will cherish all the memories. Even though I am incredibly sad, I find comfort knowing that she is rejoicing in heaven and reunited with love ones. I vow to continue to make her proud here on earth. Rest in love Mommo

Such a beautiful soul and a heart to match. I salute the Mother of Gospel Temple Missionary Baptist Church. You were a staple of the church and in the community. You were such a breath of fresh air when I would walk in the church and see you in your jazzy Sunday suit. It pains me and my family that we could not attend your services but you know more now than ever that you are forever in our hearts. You have always been a Blessing. Now it is your time to be Blessed, alongside your King! Catch Flight Sis. Gipson, fly high and God Speed. We Love you and miss you dearly!

Mark 10:14

My true and loving friend...
You are a shining light and I’m so glad that God led me to you; to share with me so much of your life’s spiritual journey including your knowledge of how God blessed you to make it throughout your life on this side.
I’m already miss our every other day talks but I know that you are well and it is all well with your soul. I love you and you will always live in my heart and my memories.
