I am Dave’s niece, Florence was my mother. My memories of Dave are all full of laughter, fun, smiles and good wishes. He didn’t let life’s setbacks take him down, he always arose from them better, stronger and the world a better place. Our family picked him up from the airport when he and a buddy of his came back from Vietnam, both of them skinny as rails. My mom stuffed them full of food. My dad spent a lot of time talking to him. My sisters and brother lavished him with hugs. A few years later, my sisters and I enjoyed babysitting for Mike and Jeff.
We have been reconnecting over the phone for the last 20 years or so. We never had a conversation where he didn’t say how much he loved Beth and how happy she made him, how blessed he was in life with his family. He has helped me navigate some stormy waters in my life, stay focused and positive. He has always given me spot on advice, for which I’m eternally grateful. I was fortunate to be able to talk with him a few weeks before he got sick and tell him how much I loved him and appreciated him being in my life. I wish we weren’t so far apart and that my husband and sons could of known him better.
Sending you my love. I am so sorry for your loss, for all of our loss. He was a truly amazing person, we are all blessed for having known him!

Dave was a Christian man who served his country with Honor & believed that God and Family come First.
He was a Great Boss with Integrity, Trust, and Respect who Lead By Example. Dave encouraged feedback, innovation and creativity from everyone who worked for him.

Lord, thank you for placing Dave & Beth in my Life. I will cherish their friendship forever.

I will miss him.

I met Dave in Maryland. He was up here doing his famous Bio rooms for the federal government. My company Connection Electric had the privilege to work with him and his employees. He was truly a professional and a family man . And a man of great character. I admired him and his stories he told me about his time in the military during Vietnam war. He will be missed and i pray many blessings from God to his family for his sacrifice to this country and his family.

I will miss my friend very much. Dave was also like a brother to me. We go back a lot of years when he was financial advisor and friend to my parents. I could always talk to him about personal matters, we would laugh and just have great conversations. He was the brother I never had.

Dave is long remembered by my family. He actually gave me the opportunity to work with him and Luke in a welding shop in the middle 70's. Beth and my mother were good friends also.
Thank You for the memories Beth and I am so sorry for your loss.
