I would like to express my gratitude to all the prayers and support from friends, family, and former students of my loving mother, Charlotte Ann (Downs) Davis. Her cancer came back about four-years ago and the pain grew worse. Her Chemotherapy and Radiation treatments began only a year ago due to her stubborn streak: She didn't want to return to the Oncologist in Columbia, MO who operated in 2010. Her struggle with the pain has come to an end but her memory lives on in spirit, in us all.
Bless you all. Namaste.
Sorry for Your loss.
The World is Lesser Place.
One of my favorite teachers and a great person. Rest in peace.
My deepest sympathies. She was a very special lady and will be dearly missed.
Todd, Scott, and Ann,
My mother and I are so sorry for your loss. Mother enjoyed spending time with Charlotte and remembers all the time they spent coordinating transportation to swim lessons for us way back when.
Our thoughts go with you as you celebrate and remember her life.

Scott, Todd, and Ann Michelle, we are so sorry for y'all's loss! Charlotte Ann was always such a joy to be around! Bill had the privilege to have her as a teacher, and I had the privilege to share my sister with her nephew, and therefore become part of family! Find peace in the Memories! Lots of love! 💕
Prayers for Charlotte's family. Charlotte was a very unique person. We met up in some strange places to catch up on each other. The grocery store, A to Z in Alma and of course church. She had my son in school. I did some substituting and we became friends. I know you all have so many good memories of your life. Share those and always keep her alive in your heart!
Sincere sympathy to all the family. Charlotte was a very loving and giving person. She and Faye brought food to mom and dad many times when mom could no longer cook. She has truly earned her eternal crown.
