Robert Edward Neely, age 63 of Marshall, Arkansas passed from this life on Saturday, November 7th, 2020 at Baptist Health in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born in Houston, Texas on September 10th, 1957. His parents were Thomas Edward Neely and Billie Ann Parmer Neely.

Robert worked most of his adult life in the farming industry. He enjoyed hunting and fishing when he was able. He liked going on long walks and spending time with his family brought him much joy. He especially loved to be around his nieces and nephews. Robert was fun-loving and warm hearted. His kind and gentle presence will be greatly missed by friends and family.

Survivors include his siblings, Margaret "Marty" Neely Jackson of Pine Bluff, Thomas Wayne Neely (Jane) of Pine Bluff, Brenda Neely of Pine Bluff, Kay Parmer of Sheridan and Kathy Cannon Campbell (Robert) of Marshall; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family who will also mourn his passing.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Billy Ray Cannon Parmer and life-partner, Tammy Wood.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
