Patsy Jones, 78, of Big Flat, departed this life Sunday, November 8, 2020, at St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock. She was born in Marshall on September 3, 1942, to Jasper Willis Henry and Florence Ellen (Cox) Henry.
Patsy was a dedicated Christian and member of Bethany Baptist Church of Onia. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister. Many people have been blessed by her sweet, helpful, and caring nature and friendship. She enjoyed singing, cooking, and helping others in any way she could.
She is survived by her husband of almost 58 years, JC Jones of the home; one son, Roy Jones and wife Brenda of Big Flat; two grandsons, Brandon Jones and wife Kala of Greenbrier and Josh Jones and wife Ashley of Onia; one great grandson, Brayden Jones; three great granddaughters, Kaisley Jones, Jacie Jones, and Kesler Jones; two sisters, Diane Brewer of Onia and Virbil Lee Gasaway of Marshall; along with nieces and nephews, as well as many friends.
Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, Florence and Willis Henry; one sister, Emogene Lloyd; three brothers, Virgil Henry, Martin Henry, and Leon Henry.
Funeral service was held at Bethany Baptist Church of Onia on Wednesday, November 11, 2020, with Brother Gary Don Fletcher and Brother Darin Holliman officiating. Interment followed the service at Freeman Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Brandon Jones, Josh Jones, Brayden Jones, Joey Brewer, Rodney Brewer, Randy Gasaway, and Dennis Treat.
Roller Crouch Funeral Home is complying with the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines for COVID-19 and limiting indoor funeral and visitation attendance. All attendees must provide and wear their own masks before entering.

Pasty was such a nice kind lady. She was a very good cook too. Prayers to all the family. Always had a smile on her face .
Patsy and I worked together for over 30 years at the shirt factory in Mountain View. She always had a big smile on her face and just a touch of mischief in her eyes.
I saw Patsy just a few weeks ago and even though I could tell she wasn't feeling well, she still had that big smile.
Look to God for your comfort from above. He never lets us down.
Patsy always had such a sweet spirit; she will be greatly missed. Praying for the family.

So sorry for your loss. The last time I saw Patsy was at Walmart. She came up to me and asked how I was doing and that she was praying for me! I will always remember that and thought she was such a sweet lady to do that. God Bless all the family, you are in our!

My heart is so sad, Patsy was a wonderful Christian lady. She was so wonderful to call and check on my Mom and Dad. We had some great ,spirit filled phone calls, church on the phone is what we called it. My thoughts and prayers forJ,C, Roy, Brenda, Brandon and family and Josh and family and dear sweet Diane who will be lost without her sister.
