Alvin Ray Spain, 77, of Ratcliff, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 in Paris, Arkansas. He was born on July 2, 1943 in Booneville. He was a retired truck driver and a member of the Church of Christ in Booneville.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ray Lee and Georgie Spain; one daughter, Cindy and one brother.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Patsy Carolyn (Crenshaw) Spain of Ratcliff; one son, Milton Spain and wife Michelle of Greenwood; four step-sons, James Watkins of Ratcliff, Ray Watkins of Hot Springs, Bill Watkins of Fort Smith and Ronnie Bowen of Texas; 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Monday, November 9, 2020 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Booneville under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
