Flora Opal Lee Robertson Leach, age 88, of Marion, Arkansas, formerly of West Helena, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2020 in Memphis, Tennessee. Mrs. Leach was born February 3, 1932 in Tyronza, Arkansas to the late William and Felsie Robertson.
A member of the Church of God in Prophecy in West Helena, Opal enjoyed reading her bible or listening to bible stories. In her spare time, she would craft and she loved to decorate. Opal loved singing in the church and playing piano.
She is survived by two sons, Benny Wayne Leach, Jr. and Danny Leach; two daughters, Yuvonne Landis and Donna Gann; nine grandchildren, Chuck Brinkley, Yvette Landis, Tisha Hodgman, Brandon Gann, Jeffery Gann, Michelle Cleaves, Brittany Leach, Daniel Leach and Tiffany Leach; great-grandchildren, Ashley Wood, J.T. King, Breanna King, Benjamin Brinkley, Garrett Harpole, Meredith Harpole, Zoey Gann, Korbin Gann, Wade Ballard, Alex Sides, Janix Leach, Tracey Fultz, and Carmen Ledford; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Leach was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Benny Wayne Leach, Sr.; brother, Jake Robertson; and sister, Edith Evans.
A graveside service for Opal Leach will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 30, 2020 at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena. A visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the graveside. Brother Adam Rowland will officiate.
The family requests that those who wish to express sympathy to consider making a donation to their favorite charity in Opal Leach's name.

I'm so sorry to hear of Opal's passing. I know that she is rejoicing with her family in heaven now. She was a beautiful lady, had a lovely voice and loved the Lord. She was full of character....always full of life. She was a good person. I knew her when I was a young girl in West Helena.
Sis. Leach was such a blessing to me. I loved her singing. Yuvonne and Donna you and your families are in my prayers. Praying for inner peace.
