To Carolyn's family and friends: I knew Carolyn for years, first as a student in classes I taught at UAMS and then as a fellow faculty member at UAMS. She was competent, loyal and trustworthy in all her responsibilities. I'm sure that all of us who knew of her worsening physical condition wish you rest and peace. Robert C. (Bob) Walls

I was one of those "Senior Boys". I soon realized how lucky we "Senior Boys" were. Mrs. Thompson was also a great teacher. She was considerate and thoughtful. She had a smile that would light up your day, and a soothing voice that invited you to listen. I learned a lot from her. She was one of my all time favorite teachers.

Don,Terri,Keith,Tracy , Our hearts are sad to know that our special friend Carolyn has taken her last breath on earth but happy she took her first breath in heaven. She was a special loving friend that we will always carry in our hearts. So many special memories to keep of her in our memory. A butterfly lights beside us like a sunbeam and for a brief moment it's glory and beauty belong to our world but then it flies again and though we wish it could have stayed ....We feel lucky to have had it. We love you all Buddy and Kay
