Earnie David Patterson, 68, of West Helena, Arkansas passed away Friday, October 16, 2020. Earnie was born October 20, 1951 in Helena to the late Donald and Ruby Patterson.
Earnie loved all music, especially country; he loved sports, good cooking and making people laugh. His family was his number one priority. He adored his grandchildren.
He leaves behind one son, David Wesley Patterson of Greenville, Mississippi; one daughter, Lesley Ann Patterson of West Helena, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Jaden David Patterson and Christian Jane Ray; one sister, Mary Jane Patterson of West Helena; two nieces, Jonna Wheeler and Devan Patterson of West Helena; two great-nephews, Keegan Patterson and Gavin Bevel; one great-niece, Trinity Johnson; one great-great-nephew, Gabe Bevel; a host of cousins; and special care giver, Lee Freels.
He was preceded by his parents; two brothers, Wesley Brown Patterson and Don Edward Brown; and one great-nephew, Jason Wesley Wheeler.
A graveside service for Earnie Patterson will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at Odd Fellows Cemetery in West Helena. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m.-200 p.m. at the graveside.
Pallbearers are Gary Bevel, Gavin Bevel, Lee Henderson, Jaden Patterson, Cooper Woods and Trey Wiggins.
Services will be directed by Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, West Helena, (870) 572-2571.
