of Marion, AR
July 20, 1956 - October 12, 2020
Donald Dohmen, 64, of Marion, Arkansas passed away on October 12, 2020.
He was preceded in death by his loving spouse, Debbie Dohmen; his parents, Myron and Mary Dohmen; and his sisters, Debra and Doris.
Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Christopher Dohmen; his daughter, Sara Gutierrez (Marcus); his grandchildren, Lexie and Logan Gutierrez; and his brothers, Dale (Lori) and Douglas (Sandy); mother-in-law, Martha Myers; sisters-in-law, Diana Helton (Doug) and Paige O'Halloran (Albert); brother-in-law James Shivers (Janet), and many nieces and nephews.
Donald was a devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather who worked incredibly hard to make sure his family, especially his wife of 43 years, Debbie, had the life he felt they deserved. In his spare time, he enjoyed working in his woodshop creating beautifully handmade and thoughtful gifts for his family and friends.
All who crossed his path would come to know his incredible generosity. We take comfort in knowing that he is now resting peacefully with his beloved wife, Debbie. They will forever remain our guardian angels.
Roller-Citizens Funeral Home will be following guidelines issued by the Arkansas Department of Health and the CDC regarding COVID-19. Social distancing of at least six feet must be practiced and all funeral attendees must provide and wear their own mask.

I knew Don for over thirty years in the various places where he worked. I could depend on Don to answer questions and to be very helpful to me in my work as architect and roof consultant. He will be sorely missed in the roofing community, and I pray for the Lord's comfort on his family.
I am so sorry for your loss. Prayers for all the family.

God Bless this family in such need for peace. I pray you all find peace through God with time. The void will always be there, but your beautiful memories will last your life time. Taynor and I are thinking of those of you we know and don't in loving memories of both Debbie and Don when our kiddos played several years of sports together. Again, God Bless and keep each and every one of you!
It gives me a little peace to know that they are together again in spirit form. I’m hoping you all can find peace in some sort of way, too, in days ahead. Always thinking of you. Much love.
Donny, we had a lot of memories growing up. I remember when you got your drivers license, all you wanted was a car of many colors.. You will be missed and the creations you made from wood were the best I have ever seen. Love you Cuz.
I am truly sorry for the losses that have fallen on your family. I pray you all find some kind of comfort and peace in the days to come.
My condolences to the family Don was a kind man. My prayers are with you all.
My heart goes out to Donald’s family. We were neighbors with the Dohmens for many years when our children were young. We became very close friends. My love and prayers are sent to his children who lost both their parents within weeks of each other and the rest of his family.
Love,
