Betty Jane VanCleve, 80, of Osceola, passed away Monday, October 12, 2020. She was born January 28, 1940 in Osceola to Curtis and Lavada Riley. She was a member of Eastside Baptist Church.
Survivors include her brother: Bobby Riley of West Memphis; nephews: David Staggs and Chris Jones; and nieces: Vickie Henson and Julie McKim. She is preceded in death by her husband: Herman Lee Tinker; parents; and sisters: Dianne Staggs and Jeanet Jones.
