Norma Penn, 84, of West Memphis, Arkansas, passed away on October 10, 2020.
She was preceded in death by her parents, W. M. Dunlap and Elizabeth Dunlap; her loving spouse, Harold Penn; her sisters, Patricia Wallace and; her daughter, Linnea Perenia and her brother, Lawrence Dunlap.
Those left to cherish her memory are her brother, William Dunlap Jr.; her sisters, Marcia Smith, and Karen Fox; son, Jack Vincent; her daughters, Ramona Faircloth, Laura Ballard, and Andrea Walker; as well as 6 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on October 15, 2020 at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion, Arkansas, at 9:00am with services immediately following at 10:00am.
Roller-Citizens Funeral Home will be following guidelines issued by the Arkansas Department of Health and the CDC regarding COVID-19. Social distancing of at least six feet must be practiced and all funeral attendees must provide and wear their own masks.

Dear Andrea and family,
We are sad to hear about the loss of Mrs. Norma. She was a precious lady who always had a smile. She’s been a very special person in our lives through the years. She will be greatly missed. Heaven gained a special lady I know she’s rejoicing with Jesus, your dad and so many of our friends and loved ones who have gone before us.
