We were so sorry to hear about your mothers passing. I remember going to Town and Country drugstore and eating at the grill. My dad, John Gates went down there I think every day for coffee. Your parents were always so very kind. Your daddy made a mean hamburger steak. My husband and I still talk about it.
I remember you Annette as a little girl. My dad loved the kid you . Many years have passed and some of my fondest memories are of your parents. May God bless you and your family during this very difficult time. I’ve never remember seeing your mom without a smile on her face. Now God is smiling on her face. May God‘s comfort and grace give you peace.
Much love,
Susan Gates Joyce

Luann and Annette, our whole family thought the world of your mom and dad. My dad, Jack Somers, ate at your family’s grill every day for many years, and the rest of us often joined him. My sons who are 45 now also remember their days sitting on the bar stools when they were just toddlers, which was a big treat for them. We send our sincerest condolences on the loss of your mom. We thought she was a wonderful person as we know you do too.
