I am so sorry to hear about Frances. I just telephoned her at Morning Side about two weeks ago. I first got to know Frances in Helena where I delivered her mail to her beauty shop. She was a very special lady and will be missed by many people. Rest In Peace my friend.
It was my honor to spend time with Mrs. Frances while she was a resident at Southwind Heights. A truly remarkable woman. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
