Ruby Barbour Crabtree, 91 of Sherwood, Arkansas went to be with her Heavenly Father on September 30, 2020. Ruby was born in Clayton, North Carolina on December 9, 1928 to the late Leonard and Rossie Barbour.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, John Crabtree Sr., four sisters; Linda Turner, Beatrice Tucker, Fannie Coats, and Rosalie Stephenson, and a brother Mason Barbour all of North Carolina.

Ruby is survived by her son John Crabtree, Jr. (Suzy) of Covington, LA and daughter Angie Scott (Brian) of Sherwood, AR. She also leaves behind five grandchildren: Ashley Crabtree of New Orleans, LA, Adam Scott (Jamie) of Alexander, AR, John Crabtree III (Regina) of New Orleans, LA, Ryan Scott of Dallas, TX, and Hannah Mayden (Caleb) of North Little Rock, AR. Along with her grandchildren, she treasured her eight great grandchildren: Laura, Vivienne, Jake, Anna, Sawyer, River, Max, and Leyton. They were truly the lights of her life.

Ruby was a long-time member of Central Baptist Church in North Little Rock and was always ready to share her love for Jesus Christ.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, October 5, at 1 p.m. at Central Baptist Church located at 5200 Fairway Ave. in North Little Rock, AR with interment to follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park in North Little Rock, AR.

The family would like to take this opportunity to thank all the wonderful caregivers at Fox Ridge Senior Living, North Little Rock, Hospice Homecare and Mother's special caregiver, Viki. Because of you, our journey was a much more peaceful one. You will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 John F. Kennedy Blvd. North Little Rock, AR 72116.
All attendees to the service are required wear a mask.
