Charles ''Bug'' Abbott, 82, of Osceola, AR, passed away September 28, 2020. He was born January 1, 1938 in Blytheville, AR, to Garrett L. and Frances E. Abbott. He was a retired Agricultural Pilot and served in the Vietnam War with The United States Marines. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Osceola, played football for the Arkansas Razorbacks in college and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife: Carrie ''Sissy'' Abbott; daughters: Lori (Boss) Manley of Martin, TN and Lana (David) Hoke of Milan, TN; grandchildren: Chase Manley, Page Alden, Haleigh (Preston) Wilson, Lauren Hoke, Harrison Hoke and Tiffany Hoke; great-grandchildren: Audrey Alden and Emarie Alden; brother: Fred (Faye) Abbott and brother-in-laws: Wade Rodgers and Bob West. He is preceded in death by his parents; and sister: Mary E. West. Family will receive visitors from 10:00 to service time.

Sissy,
I am so sorry to learn about the sad demise of Bugs. I first met him in 1981 (40 years ago) when he was running the Cotton Inn Restaurant.He was always such a gentleman and a great guy with a tremendous sense of humour. I pray that his soul rest in eternal peace and that God gives you the courage to bear the great loss.

Dear Sissy, I fully intended to be with you today, however I am not able to come. My spirit is there with you. It is a beautiful day to celebrate his life with you and your family.
