Jeanetta Jean Bailey, 79, of Lake City, passed away Monday, September 28, 2020 at her home. She was born October 11, 1940 in Black Oak, AR to Marvin and Edith (Mooneyham) Smith. Mrs. Bailey retired from GE and was a member of First Baptist Church of Lake City.
Mrs. Bailey was preceded in death by her parents.
Those left behind to cherish her wonderful memory include her husband of 64 years, Glenn Bailey; a daughter, Glenda Horne of Tyronza; three grandchildren, Candice Clark, Amber (Phillip) Davis and Chastity Fittro; two great-grandchildren, Sailor Potter and Driver Potter; three brothers, Jim, Larry and Kenneth Smith; and three sisters, Margaret (John) Wright, Barbara (Virgil) Shirley, and Eileen Adams.
Graveside services will be 11 am Wednesday at Bowman Cemetery with Darren Owens officiating.
No visitation is scheduled. Arrangements under the direction of Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home of Jonesboro.
