Brian Monroe Buchanan

of Rose Bud, AR

February 13, 1974 - September 20, 2020

Brian Monroe Buchanan, 46, of Rose Bud has been seated in Heaven with his loved ones on September 20th, 2020. He was preceded in death by his son, Cody Scott Buchanan, and mother and father, Carolyn Johnson and Johnnie Buchanan. Brian was put to rest doing the thing he loved most, alongside some of the people he enjoyed being with. His spirit will now protect those who cherish him as well as that beloved creek.

Gathering together to celebrate his life are his brother David (Rhonda) Buchanan; sister Yvonne (Ken) Peverelle, children Brian and Heather Buchanan, his wife Teresa Cates Buchanan, and honorary mother and father, Ann and Billy Cates. Gathering beside them are his dearest friends and family members. As we come together at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home, we will remember the man who brought us so much joy. We will view some of his best moments from his journey to heaven, and recognize his undeniable passion for others. We shall continue on to value Brian as the way he valued each one of us.

Family will gather at 1:30 PM, followed by the ceremony at 2 PM, Sunday, September 27th, 2020. Family members are welcome to stay an additional time after the ceremony has ended. Everyone is welcome to share memories of any kind on behalf of Brian. All services are under the direction of Roller-Daniel Funeral Home, 411 E Race Ave, Searcy, AR 72143.

You will be missed my friend. When we was kids in Southaven and as time went on you was a little brother to me as well. As you grew to be a man you did a great job at that as well.
