I'm still trying to deal with the shock of his passing. Me and Billy go way back. I was his Platoon Sgt for awhile with the 655TC. I could always count on him in any situation. He always had my back. I remember teasing him every football season about Alabama kicking Arkansas butt. Rest in peace my friend and thanks for the memories.

I’m sorry to hear about Billy’s passing, he was a great neighbor for 14 years. He was always there if I needed him a true friend and great person. Our prayers go out to his family. Billy volunteered with Rivercrest and was one of the Razorbacks biggest fan. I don’t recall seeing him without a razorback cap unless he was in his Army uniform. Brother you will be missed!!

Our hearts and prayers are with the entire family during this time of loss. Billy was such a kind and gentle man that I truly admire and respect. He was such a great man who loved his family and friends more than anything in this world. He always had time to talk and visit with everyone. Billy was one of those people who would always make you feel better just by being around him. He was always concerned about you and what you were going through. I enjoyed visiting with him so much and every conversation centered around football, family, friends, and faith. I consider myself a Blessed man to call him my friend. Billy, my brother, you will truly be missed but never forgotten.

I was so sad to learn of Billy’s passing! I remember hiring Billy and was probably the hardest working person I know! I considered Billy a good friend and tried to keep up with him as much as I could! Like with everyone you think you’ll have them for a long time and can’t believe he’s gone! Like everyone else has said l, Billy was probably the nicest person and most humble man you would ever meet and the world has truly lost a great man! Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers! Rest easy my friend!
