Hser Ghay Wah, 1 day old of Clarksville passed away in Clarksville, AR on September 16, 2020. She was born September 15, 2020 in Clarksville to Ka Wah and Maree Paw.
Hser is survived by her parents Ka Wah and Maree Paw of Clarksville, AR; one brother Steven Wah; grand-parents Mu Lou and Jaw La, and Has Loo and Rebica; and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be held 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at All Saints' Apiscopal Church 501 S. Phoenix Ave. Russellville, AR with Pastor Teri Daily and Pastor Kaye Staggs officiating. Burial will follow at the Shady Grove Cemetery in Clarksville.
We are complying with the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines and limiting indoor funeral and visitation attendance to 100 people at one time. All attendees must provide and wear their own masks before entering.
