Michael V. Taylor, 70, of Little Rock, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 12, 2020. He was born on March 21, 1950 in Harrisburg, Arkansas to Verland and Nelda Taylor. He married his high school sweetheart, Peggy (Peg), in 1969. They spent 51 wonderful years together. Michael was a Christian and an active member of East Union Baptist Church.
He was a devoted husband, father, papa, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, black smithing, watching Cardinals baseball, and camping.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Kathy.
He is survived by his wife: Peggy Ann Bittle; his son: Kevin Taylor of Springdale; his daughter: Lisa (Chris) Snell of Wyoming, Pennsylvania; his brother: Larry (Judy) Taylor of Cord; grandchildren: Emma, Sarah, Nicholas, Chloe, Connor, Liam, Karson; and other extended family.
Reverend Roger Taylor will be conducting the service. Pallbearers will be; Chris Snell, Marc Hemme, Matthew Hemme, Theo Veteto, Allen Soden and Dennis Scoggins.
We are complying with the Arkansas Department of Health guideline, all attendees must provide and wear their own masks.
Peg, my heart is hurting for you and all the family right now.No words can make it easy for you at this time. I know it was God’s plan and Mike is in a better place now! He will be sooooo missed by soooo many family and great friends.He was a great example of a Christian and am sure he touched many people with his witness of love and caring! Babe,God put people in your life to help you along life’s path! Let your friends and loving family help you through this healing time!
