Billy Joe Walker Sr., 81, of Keiser, passed away Friday, September 11, 2020. He was born August 12, 1939 in Keiser, AR to Marshall and Ethel Walker. He was a member of Keiser First Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon, Sunday School Teacher, Youth Director and anything else that was needed. He served our country in the United States Army, retired from the Williams Oil Refinery in Memphis and enjoyed fishing and sports. He is survived by his wife: Ann Walker; daughters: Dana (Todd) Vinson and Regina (Jeff) Cummings; son: Billy "Bubba" Walker Jr.; sisters: Janie (Buford) Wilkerson and Joyce (James) Holt; grandchildren: Hannah (Zack) Lowe, Hayden Walker, Abby Vinson, Libby Vinson, Annie Vinson, Josh (Tacie) Sims and Andy Sims (Brandy Baker); great-grandchildren: Talen Lowe, Tanner Lowe, Tori Lowe and Lily Fulling; son-in-law: Robert Sims. He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter: Connie Sims.
