Harold Gene Baker Sr., 81, of Keiser, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2020. He was born January 4, 1939 in Hunter, AR to Euin Edward and Rosa Lee Baker. He retired from Mississippi County Sheriff's Office and served in the US Military in the Army and the Air Force. He enjoyed back yard BBQ's, loving his children and grandchildren and watching birds. He is survived by his son: Harold (Jill) Baker Jr.; daughters: Vicky Baker, Stacy (Steve) Gray and Jessica (Trey) Bennett; grandchildren: Allyson (Chris) Vasquez, Zackery Gray, Taylor Turner, Blake Turner, Megan Baker and Brady Baker; 9 great-grandchildren; brothers: Bill Baker, Dewey Baker and Levarn Baker; sister: Shirley Neal. He is preceded in death by his wife: Mary Elizabeth Baker; his parents; brothers: Charles Baker and Bobby Baker and sister: Vivalee Johnson.
My pawpaw was one of the most important people in my life I love and miss him more than anything. we have made so many great memorys i wish we couldve made more . My pawpaw was one of the best people i know and he has did so much for this country he is a hero and everyone loves and will miss him.

Uncle Harold was a great man and role model for many. Stacy, Vikki, Gene, Jessica and the family I am so sorry ya'll are having to go through this. We love you guys alot. I can just see Uncle Harold and Daddy up there pitching washers in Heaven. Love you all

My papaw was one of the most special people in this world as a kid he was such a great papaw and would make breakfast Everytime the family stayed the night i lost touch for some years as I got older but I loved him he will be so missed and honored for everything he has done and accomplished in his life rip papaw.

Uncle Harold was a wonderful man father and grand father. He will be sorely missed. Now he is in heaven with the Lord and those who have gone before him. What a blessed and happy reunion there will be. Love you Uncle Harold.
