Loyd A. Tate, age 82, of Ozark, Arkansas died Tuesday, September 1, 2020, at the Mercy Hospital in Paris. Loyd enjoyed hunting, looking for gold, and spending time with his nephew Quentin. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Goldie Marie Stewart, three brothers: Paul Tate, Elick Tate, Joe Lee Tate.

Survivors include his two brothers, Guy Tate of Lamar, Arkansas, and Joseph Tate of Clarksville, Arkansas; five Sisters, Lorean Kay Tate of Alma, Betty Lou Tate, Dolly Sinor, and Velma Tate, all of Clarksville, Arkansas, and Ruby Fowler of Ozark, Arkansas; nephew Quentin Taheri, and numerous other family and friends.

Open visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., on Monday, September 7, 2020 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home in Clarksville. Graveside Funeral Service will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at the Case Cemetery with the Reverend Charlie Boone officiating. Burial will follow at Case Cemetery in Fallsville, Arkansas.

We are complying with the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines and limiting indoor funeral and visitation attendance to 100 people at one time. All attendees must provide and wear their own masks before entering.
