Otto "King Bee" Bailey Sr., 81, of West Memphis was welcomed into his Heavenly home on Monday, August 31, 2020.

He was born on March 20, 1939 in Bledsoe, KY to the late Abraham and Nancy Bailey.

Otto was preceded in death by his siblings, John, Elihu, Charles, Merk, Vina, Flora, Rose, and Tressa; his son, Fred Bailey; and granddaughter, Ashley Bailey, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Lila, of 61 years. His son, Otto Bailey Jr. and his daughters Nancy Gibson (Adam); and Wanda Carpenter; his grandchildren, Otto Allen Bailey III, Fallon Caster (Bo), Zac McCollum, Collin Carpenter, Megan Bailey, and Conner Carpenter; his great-grandchildren, Chance Lung, Phillip Pollard, Bryant Pollard, Kara Caster, Ben Pollard, Jaxson Bailey, and Oliver Bailey; his brother, Abe Bailey Jr; and his two sisters, Lydia Caldwell and Lola Brock.

He will be missed by all who were blessed to have him in their lives.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis, Arkansas, at 10:00am, with services immediately following at 12:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations be made to his widow, Lila, to help ease her financial burden via GoFundMe. "Otto Bailey's Widow Fund."

Roller-Citizens Funeral Home will be following guidelines issued by the Arkansas Department of Health and the CDC regarding COVID-19. Social distancing of at least six feet must be practiced and all funeral attendees must provide and wear their own mask.

Dear Nancy and Wanda I am so very sorry to hear about the passing of yall's father. I know that you all love him more than any words could ever say. I will be keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers during this time and all of the days ahead. I pray that your Mom will find peace and comfort and I ask of God to cover all of you with much love, and understanding that you all will be together again one day. Mr Bailey I didnt have the privilege of ever meeting you,but your daughter Nancy is my sister in law and she has told me so many great things about you. So I know you will be missed very much. I'm happy you are no longer in pain and now are your wife and Nancy's Guardian Angel.

Bring your first born daughter , I have been blessed to have you as my father for 54 years .... and we have been side by side the entire time . We have actually been within miles the entire 54 years !! I will miss you dearly ... but no more pain and suffering ❤️❤️
