I worked with Alan for more than 10 years at Cardinal Health. I will always remember him for his smiling face, positive attitude and quick wit. Most recently I worked with Alan on the International Team. He always added witty quotes or let us know it was a national holiday such as National Cat Day on our daily IM's. He loved his rescue cat that he found behind Cardinal Health. Alan was very dedicated to his job and would show up to work rain, sleet or snow. I remember one snowy day I saw Alan walking to work and stopped to pick him up. Alan will be greatly missed by many! RIP Alan-Gone, but never forgotten!! Sending prayers out to your family during this time of sorrow.

Alan, you always looked at life in a positive fashion. I will miss our conversations and I will miss your stories. One of my favorite will always be the one about how you got your cat from the back of our building!
Before he got his car, Alan took the bus and walked to work, rain, sleet or snow, he was always there. Seeing him come into the building after braving the rain, umbrella in hand, smiling and getting to work, was always inspirational.
My heart is sad, but God has a new angel to help spread joy.
Alan, you will be missed.

I only have fond memories to remember Alan by, and I am so very thankful to have those. He always had a smile and a joke. His chipper outlook on things could always help brighten a glum day. I know he brightened up my day more than a time or two with his kindness and wit. He will be missed by myself and many he worked with.
