Roy Earl Carter, 66, passed away on August 20, 2020 at the Indian Rock Village Health Center in Fairfield Bay. He was born April 2, 1954 in Denver, Colorado to Robert Carter and Helen Ward Carter. Roy was a resident of Mountain View for more than 30 years.

Roy is survived by a brother Ricky Carter and wife Cathy of Leslie, Arkansas; friends and caretakers Sharon and Lawson Barnes; friends Roger and Connie Ivy, and several nieces and nephews.

Roy was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Ward Carter.

Memorial and inurnment services will be Saturday, September 5, 2020, 11:00 AM at Harness Cemetery in Oxley, Arkansas.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roller Crouch Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas.
