Harriet (Vickie) Speaks, 80 of Ozone, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 in Fort Smith.
She was born June 8, 1940 in Mena, Arkansas, was a homemaker and loved working in her flower gardens or doing various art and craft projects, and astronomy.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of forty-seven years, Alton Speaks and one daughter, Venita Kee.
Harriet is survived by a daughter, Yvonne Speaks of Ozone; four grandchildren. six great-grandchildren; other family members and friends.
A Graveside Funeral Service and burial will be held 10:00 A.M., Monday, August 24, 2020 at Minnow Creek Cemetery near Lamar under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home.
We are complying with the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines and limiting indoor funeral and visitation attendance to 100 people at one time. All attendees must provide and wear their own masks.
