Brenda (Pate) Hunter, 70, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2020 at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Arkansas. Brenda was born on April 12, 1950 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Vernon Pate and Grace (Holley) Pate Rogers. Brenda and her husband Michael owned and operated Hunter Aviation in Mountain View, Arkansas for many years. Brenda had a great love for animals and volunteered for many years with the local humane society. She will be greatly missed by all of her loving family and friends.

Brenda is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Michael Hunter of Mountain View, Arkansas; her only child, Jason Hunter of Mountain View, Arkansas; two brothers, Gerald Pate of Wellington, Missouri and Larry Pate of Houma, Louisiana, and three grandchildren, Lauren Hunter, Hailey Hunter, and John Strickland.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon Pate and Grace (Holley) Pate Rogers.

There are no services scheduled at this time. Roller Crouch Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas is handling the arrangements.
