Judy and I are so sorry to hear of David's passing. Having worked with David on numerous OEM issues we became good friends. As OEM Director it did not matter what time of night he was needed, he was there. During 2009 Ice Storm David as did a lot of us worked through days and nights for several weeks to insure that those who needed help received the help needed. Praying for family.

We've lost a great guy. David's retirement has been cut short.
We always enjoyed visiting with him at conferences and looked forward to another non-work related visit. This is sad news for Craighead County and Arkansas. Prayers for David's family.
