"Opal" Lucille (Crabtree) Lee, 75, of Altus, Arkansas passed away on August 8, 2020 in Clarksville, Arkansas. She was born March 21, 1945, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to the late Herschel Doyal and Opal Maud (Rozur) Crabtree.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by one brother, Burl B. Crabtree and two sister, Carolyn Sue Parks and Nola Ann Crabtree.
Opal is survived by one son, Clayton and wife Christine Lee of Altus; three daughters, Tina and husband Bill Furman of Atkins, Mary Lee of Lavaca, and Lisa and husband Jamie Bynum of Booneville ; two sisters, Anita Eubanks and Nadine Trawick; two brothers Gene Crabtree and Junior Crabtree; fourteen grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2020 between 1:00 P.M-3:00 P.M.
We are complying with the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines and limiting indoor funeral and visitation attendance to 100 people at one time. All attendees must provide and wear their own masks before entering.
